Eléonore de Boysson joined DFS in 2013 and is the Region President, Europe and Middle East in charge of store operations, based in Paris. Eléonore's focus is to build and develop DFS' business within Europe and the Middle East in line with DFS Group's aim to be a truly global player in the travel retail industry. In that role, she successfully opened the Fondaco dei Tedeschi in Venice in October 2016, and is working for the re-opening of La Samaritaine department store in Paris.
Eléonore, a graduate from the HEC School of Management in Paris, started her career with the Boston Consulting Group in 1989 in London and New York, before joining Disneyland Paris as Strategic Planning Manager and then Resort Development Director. In 1999, she joined Louis Vuitton Malletier. During her time with Louis Vuitton Malletier, she held increasing responsibilities, and became a member of the Executive Committee in 2000. She was last Worldwide Store Network Senior Vice President, in charge of the Network Development Strategy, Design & Architecture, Product & Visual Merchandising, Product and Selling technical training, Customer Services and Art & Culture.
Born in France, Eléonore lives in Paris with her husband and five children.
